The driving force behind differentiation is: tolerance for mistakes, challenging authority, respecting freedom, and accepting criticism.
In this way, individual minds can be liberated, and collective organizations can continuously evolve and develop based on this.
Sexual reproduction brings a high probability of significant genetic variation, and most of the variations are either detrimental or rebellious against the parents. However, it generates enough changes to counteract environmental changes and drive the evolution of the entire system (population), keeping up with the times.
